• You are a direct member of the development team.
• You validate whether or not newly developed features are in line with the expected functional and technical requirements.
• You create, maintain and execute test plans.
• You support the product team with every new release with regression testing.
• You add automation to the testing process where possible.
• You validate the technical requirements before development of new features start.
• You help thinking about and voice potential improvements to the internal processes, considering the quality of the product.
• You analyse and solve problems.

• You have experience with functional testing, by preference also with automated testing and related frameworks.
• You care about good customer experience.
• Having a technical background is a plus.
• Experience with a scripting language is a plus.
• Experience with the SCRUM methodology is a plus.
• You're analytical, structured and precise.
• You go for results, work independently and take initiative where needed.
• You're communicative and able to escalate a problem when needed.
• You're able to cope with stress when a deadline has to be met.
• You're aware about the confidentiality of data and how to work with that.
